We offer two service models for businesses and organizations that need help with their technology. Maybe you’ve heard before about “Managed Services”, but don’t really understand what that is, or wonder why you shouldn’t just call when you need help with a problem.

The Break/Fix model is the old traditional model of how IT services are offered. You buy a PC from a retailer, and then only call IT support for problems you can’t fix. You find yourself purchasing needed services like antivirus, email, and backups, but aren’t sure what you’re missing or what your risk is. When you do need to call IT, it can be expensive and have significant risk of downtime, data loss, cyber liability, and impaired performance. While this model still works for some customers who are proactive themselves or comfortable with a high level of risk, there’s a better way.

Because Freedom MSP is a relationship, and includes many bundled services, we can keep our overhead low and as a cheaper option than purchasing break/fix services separately. We still serve customers who aren’t ready to switch to a managed services model through our break/fix business IT department.
